Getting Starting: We begin with a free initial consultation at a local café or another location that is convenient and conducive to talking. An intake conversation will help me understand your desire and goals as it relates to working with a trainer.
Holistic base- Having a background in body work practices such as yoga, chi gong, and massage therapy influence my approach to personal training. Nutrition, life style, restful sleep, and mindfulness around your state of well being are all components of developing and maintaining your exercise program.
Goals- Clients come in with ideas of wanting to be more muscular or lose weight, and I help them refine their goals, create manageable steps to make them attainable.
Individualistic Program Design- Based on the assessment of your individual needs, with special attention to imbalances and/or injuries, I develop an exercise program tailored to fit your needs.
Tracking Progress-Throughout the process of working together we will check-in on your goals, documenting the stages of your progress.
